Our fees are calculated as a percentage of your ticket price plus a small flat fee. For every ticket sold:

VAT (1.5%) - Government tax
WakaTix Charges (5%) - Platform fee
Transaction Fee (₦0) - Payment processing

Total: 6.5%

You receive your payout within 24-48 hours after your event concludes. This allows us to handle any refunds or disputes that may arise. For high-profile events or large volumes, we can arrange earlier payouts upon request.
