Important Payment Completion Rule

Users are strongly advised to allow the payment system to complete all processing stages before closing their browser or navigating away. Interrupting the payment process may result in incomplete transactions and delayed ticket delivery.

Refund Eligibility Timeline

24 Hours After Purchase - Full Refund

Cancel your ticket within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

7 Days Before Event - 75% Refund

Cancel up to 7 days before the event date and receive 75% refund.

3-6 Days Before Event - 50% Refund

Cancel between 3-6 days before the event and receive 50% refund.

Less Than 3 Days - No Refund

Tickets cancelled less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for refunds.

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Refunds credited to original payment method. Bank processing may take 1-3 days.

Medical Emergencies

Full refunds for documented medical emergencies.

Travel Issues

Travel delays, visa issues, or transport problems generally not eligible.

Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by organizer, full refund will be issued.
